Staying Healthy
This Cold & Flu Season

As we head into cold and flu season, we want to keep everyone at Language Essentials and all the families who visit our clinic safe and healthy! Please review our Illness Guidelines before your sessions.

If your child isn’t feeling well, please let us know as soon as possible (ideally 24 hours in advance) by calling 925-743-3322, Option 1. Failure to call in advance may result in a late cancellation/no-show fee.

Children should stay home if they have:

· Fever of 100°F or higher

· Vomiting or diarrhea

· Persistent wet cough

· Pink eye

· Contagious rashes

If your child has a mild cough or runny nose, we ask that they wear a mask during their session.

Children may return once they’ve been fever-free for 24 hours without medication and have their doctor’s OK for other symptoms.

Thank you for helping us keep our clinic and all our families happy, healthy, and safe this season!
